Cynthia is the President of Rejoice Women Conferences and Events. Cynthia has been involved in women’s ministry leadership for over 25 years and has spoken to thousands of women from across the U.S. She shares the truth of God’s word to help women grow in their knowledge of God and encourages them to live a Christ-honoring life. Professionally, she is a Creative Director and Professor of Graphic Design at Georgia State University.

Cynthia has been married to Victor for 34 years. They have two sons, Victor Jr. and Vondrae, one daughter, Victoria, and one grandson, Camren.

Kim Singletary

Kim Singletary is best known as the wife of Mike Singletary, of NFL Chicago Bears Fame. They have been married for 40 years and are the parents of 7 children between the ages of 26 and 38, and their numbers have grown to 29, which includes 15 grandchildren.
Mike’s football career was comprised of 12 years as a player, a 10 year gap outside of football as a corporate consultant and motivational speaker, followed by another 10 years of coaching. Kim led a Bible Study for coaches and player wives in each city they lived in, and discovered that many women struggle with knowing their God-given value and worth. So that is her primary message to the women she ministers to up until this day.

They have settled in the Dallas area, where she volunteers with the Embrace Grace ministry and has participated in the W(omen) I(n) L(eadership) D(evelopment) WILD curriculum at their church. All of the kids and grandchildren, with the exception of their youngest son, are within 30 minutes of their home, which she considers their greatest blessing. Kim also has the opportunity to travel with Mike quite a bit, which is her SECOND favorite thing to do ~ first place goes to taking every opportunity to enjoy the peace and tranquility of their 4 acre home site.
